Siddhanti_Smita Smita Siddhanti, Ph.D. - President
Dr. Siddhanti founded EnDyna in 1999 following a successful 15-year career with leading consulting firms. A nationally recognized expert in risk assessment and management, Dr. Siddhanti has supported the US Environmental Protection Agency's radiation, waste management, Superfund, drinking water, and pesticide programs. She has also worked extensively with the states, other federal agencies, and multilateral organizations to develop regulations, policy, guidance, market-based approaches to environmental protection, and training. Dr. Siddhanti authored the book Multiple Perspectives on Risk and Regulation: The Case of Deliberate Release of Genetically Engineered Organisms into the Environment, published in 1991. She has served on the Virginia Governor's Air Quality Board. She holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy, an M.S. in Technology Policy, and a B.S. in Biology and Physiology.

Johnson_Scott Scott Johnson - Director of Performance and Learning Solutions
Mr. Johnson brings over 20 years of successful project management experience with training and development (T&D), instructional systems design (ISD) teams on large-scale, multi-target training, and change management projects. He is an expert in the areas of instructional systems design, industrial/organizational psychology, performance management, leadership, and testing. He has managed the development and implementation of multiple training and performance improvement programs involving authentic performance-based solutions, hands-on application scenarios, and interactive training materials for the classroom and the web. He has managed training, development and evaluation projects for the California Department of Corrections, the U.S. Departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Agriculture, and Transportation. Mr. Johnson holds an M.S. in ISD with a concentration in Human Resources Development and Performance Improvement. He also holds a B.S. in Instructional Technology and Cognitive Psychology.

Siddhanti_Ashok Ashok Siddhanti - Director of Operations
Mr. Siddhanti has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing and running startup technology companies. Prior to joining EnDyna, Mr. Siddhanti was CEO of Envizion – a forecasting services company. He served as Vice President at ATKearney, Mercer Management Consulting and a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He has consulted to CxOs (or chief executives) in Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, HP, GE and AT&T. His consulting work has spanned a variety of areas including operations improvement, sales force effectiveness, product portfolio management, product development and supply chain management. For his multinational clients, Mr. Siddhanti has worked in over 30 countries in four continents. Mr. Siddhanti holds an M.B.A., an M.S. in Management Engineering and a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.

Citrin_Jeff Jeff Citrin - Senior Associate
Mr. Citrin is a policy specialist, project manager, and facilitator with more than 20 years of experience in the governmental, nonprofit, and private sectors. Mr. Citrin has extensive experience assisting clients at the local, state, national, and international levels on a wide variety of issues. His areas of expertise include drinking water regulation, emergency management, public health and natural resource policies, and public safety. Mr. Citrin has conceptualized, designed, developed, and edited a wide array of communications and outreach materials, including reports, presentation, briefings, brochures, fact sheets, and website content for a variety of audiences. Mr. Citrin holds an M.S. in Resource Management and Policy and a B.A. in Biology.

Tasker_Ian Dr. Ian Tasker - Senior Scientist
Dr. Tasker is EnDyna's Chief Scientist and a Ph.D. Chemist with 32 years of environmental experience as a laboratory scientist and as a consultant supporting federal environmental programs. He is a subject matter expert in a number of areas including separations technologies, waste processing technologies, radiological decontamination, bioremediation and natural attenuation, and for two years was the senior contractor scientific support to the Department of Energy's (DOE) Environmental Management Science Program. As a scientist, Dr. Tasker is intimately familiar with the preparation of technical publications, both as a steward of others' research efforts and as a contributor to scientific literature himself. He has published three peer-reviewed articles on bioremediation in the subsurface during the past year. He was a member of the key personnel team on the contract supporting DOE Office of Environmental Management's Office of Science and Technology, where he received four consecutive "outstanding performance evaluations" from the client. His program management work included managing the communications program. He also received a "Special Achievement Recognition Award" from Secretary of Energy, Bill Richardson (2000) for his support to a Secretarial Blue Ribbon Panel investigating Alternatives to Incineration.

Dilwali_Kumkum Kumkum Dilwali - Director of Public Health, Safety, and Sustainability
Ms. Dilwali has extensive experience in the management of green design projects for hospitals, universities, and government agencies. She is an expert in the development of performance-based environmental regulatory compliance management systems. Her areas of specialty include Leadership in Environmental Design (LEED) best practices in engineering systems design; audit and action plan management; hazardous waste minimization; source identification and reduction; and intervention effectiveness. For healthcare clients, she has conducted workshops on the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Continuous Compliance and the LEED Integrated Design Process. As a chemical engineer with training in environmental health management, her approach to problem solving and decision-making includes knowledge of processes and a systems approach to high-performance design and operation. Ms. Dilwali has earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute for Technology and a M.S. in Environmental Health Management from the Harvard School of Public Health. She is also a LEED™-Accredited Professional.

Cropper_Max Dr. Max Cropper - Senior ISD, Testing and Validation
Dr. Cropper has worked in the Instructional Design area for nearly 20 years, including test development, instructional design, evaluation, and process improvement. His clients include Hewlett Packard, Western Governor's University, Parker Hannifin Aerospace Group, SAIC, the University of Phoenix, Industrial Training Zone, Shell Oil, Franklin-Covey, National Education Training Group, Macromedia, and Oracle. His team won the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) "1995 Outstanding Instructional Product or Intervention Award." He has an M.S. in Instructional Science and Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University. Dr. Cropper completed his doctorate in Instructional Technology and Learning Sciences at Utah State University, with a dissertation focused on the evaluation of online course quality.

Christy_Jonathon Jonathon Christy - Senior Associate, Lead Instructional Designer
Mr. Christy has over seven years of professional experience in the field of instructional design and over nine years of experience in the field of multimedia production and design. Mr. Christy brings a balance of cutting edge design and hands-on development, along with experience in supervising and coordinating the production efforts of other instructional designers. His efforts have produced interactive courseware consisting of regulation-driven, web-based, and instructor-led training involving the incorporation of realistic scenarios, documents, and examples. Mr. Christy has the flexibility to provide high quality products in multiple arenas in an extremely efficient manner. Mr. Christy is an expert in the areas of instructional systems design, mobile development, graphic design, multimedia production, sound production, and programming. Mr. Christy has an M.A. in Adult Education & Communications Technology and a B.S. in Communications Media.

Toney_Nancy Nancy Toney - Project Manager, National Training Center
Ms. Toney has over 25 years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Business Planning, Operations Management, Training Evaluation Implementation/Analysis, Human Resources Management/Employee Relations, and Call Center Operations in both the Corporate and Government sectors. Ms. Toney is adept at increasing operational efficiency with a well-established reputation for providing deliverables on time while proactively eliminating project/operational bottlenecks. She was the recipient of the President's Cabinet award for outstanding contribution (twice) while at Verizon. Additionally, she was the recipient of the AT&T True Achievement Award, Training Academy Excellence Award, and the Spirit of Excellence Award. As EnDyna's Training Center Project Manager for DOT's Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Training Center (NTC), Ms. Toney is managing several of the training center's operational and logistics functions.

Minnerly_Alyn Alyn Minnerly - Instructional Systems Designer
Mr. Minnerly brings over 20 years of experience in finance, administration, customer service, and human resources development. These skills provide an invaluable, well rounded approach to the creation of Instructional Systems Design (ISD) programs that offer clients excellent customer service. Recent notable Instructional Systems Design (ISD) projects include the development of two online courses for the Florida State University (FSU) College of Medicine. Mr. Minnerly holds an M.S. in Instructional Systems Design with a concentration in Online Distance Learning from FSU. He also holds a B.S. in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Sociology and Public Administration, also from FSU. He is currently a member in good standing with the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.
